lotus domino administrator

first, you need to install lotus domino administrator where you need it to register new user name.

second, you need cert.id, you can find it in your domino server under data folder.

third, after you install lotus domino administrator, you will get lotus domino administrator 8.5 help database, and you should read it. you can find many guide to setup and configure proper domino server.
